Do you want to return a product? No problem! You have 14 days from receipt of delivery to decide. In this case, shipping costs will be at your expense, and the product must be returned intact and in its original condition, otherwise we will refrain from issuing a refund.

If, on the other hand, you have received a damaged or defective product, please report it within 7 days. We will arrange, at our expense, for the replacement (or refund) of the goods.
